To every thing there is a season, and a time to every

transformation is from time to time, associated with the
spiritual development of the organization. Though there
are many different definitions of spirituality, it is
generally described as having to do with meaning,
purpose, and a sense of community.
At the organizational level, soul searching that
involves spiritual issues is a part of the
transformation process, and may trigger the
personal spiritual development of some of its
members , which, ultimately, bring an
organization to its apex of transformational
maturity, in the mercy and blessing of the
Heavenly Father.
