Trigger: Visitor visit the campus
Preconditions: 1- Visitor is visiting the campus first time.
Postconditions: 1- Visitor has an appointment scheduled or want to meet relevant staff member
Normal Flow: 1- Admin security Manager ask Name, CNIC, Vehicle details from the user and
enter the details to save visitor data into the system to proceed for visit card.
Alternative Flows: Nill
Exceptions:
Includes: Name, CNIC, Vehicle details, Date, Time, Schedule/reason to visit
Frequency of Use: One time on each visitor visit first time
