Item (1) Cereal growing is gaining more popularity in many parts of the country. This is so good

vegetables can easily attract buyers as they are always mixed with one another, sold in dirty
containers and the rotten one are also on market. Fries are ones welcoming buyers in case one
goes in the vegetable market. Farmers fetch little money from the vegetables and feel like
quitting the job.

However the manager has always formulated a ration of his dairy cow containing 15% cp using
maize bran which is 35% crude protein and alfalfa which is 55% crude protein to have 250 kg in
his store. Arinitwe is totally in trouble because has nothing to feed to the animals

You have visited Arinitwe on the farm. Help him come out of the challenge and also advise him
on what he has to consider when formulating ration for animals.

Iyem (6) During rainny season, many farmers in Nakasongola have their pasture lands field with
plenty of pastures and alot stagnant water where animals drink from. The bush also grows
around their poorly constructed animal [Link] feed their animals to the maximum and
expect good yields but they continue to see their animals sometimes passing out watery feaces

situation worsens when it comes to dry season where all pastures dry and farmers have nothing
