Biography
Qamar Khaled is a second year student in faculty of education
physics department. she is member of the social media in EUS and
YLY, After that she become a leader in EUS. Qamar aspires to be a
head in SPE, Because she want develop herself and her team. When
she in EUS learned how to write correctly.

1- State your reasons for applying for this position showing what you believe you
will gain in both the personal and professional aspects?

I think SPE is a great place to gain practical experience before entering the
professional world . One of the main reasons I am applying for this position is to
develop my skills and knowledge in the field of [Link] believe that being
surrounded by people people who share the same passion will allow us to support
and encourage each other to grow and achieve our marketing goals.

Personal Aspects: To develop my capabilities and skills and getting ready myself
for a career .

Professional Aspects: To grow my knowledge in the field of digital marketing, and


create relationships with people who are passionate about the same field.

2- Describe your leadership style, core competencies, and experience that


make you the best candidate for the Position you are applying for?

• Democratic Leadership: Democratic Leadership:By talking things through


together, we can find solutions to any problems that come up . We also want to
encourage member to share,new ideas for their tasks. This will make things more
fun and help people be more creative.
• Planning Leadership: By developing a plan that all members agree on and
that is tailored to everyone, we can significantly reduce task delays and ensure
timely achievement of organizational goals.

• Problem Solving Leadership: By predicting the problems we might face as a


team, To be able to solve them whenever it happens.

What makes me qualified for this position :

• My work in the Social Media.

• My inspiration for content writing and marketing makes me want to learn


more about this field.

3-Explain your self-development plan that suits the new transformation necessary
for SPE Suez?

I've already taken an offline digital marketing course at an academy. I've written a
lot of

content and articles and will take courses from the Yanfaa platform:

• Content Marketing and Digital Copy Writing

4- Make a swot analysis for the committee you are applying for. Outline your
strategy to capitalize on the strengths and opportunities and overcome
weaknesses and expected threats?

Strengths:

• SPE is well-known at Suez university,and boasts a large student


membership.

• It offers a diverse range of activities to cater to the talents and passions of


all students.
Weaknesses:

• Some members are neglecting tasks and submitting them late.

• There are a few offline meetings for the team.

Opportunities:

• Increase offline meetings to enhance communication, knowledge sharing,


and idea exchange among members.

• Strengthen communication between members of different teams as all


teams complement each other.

• Providing a professional English course or self-learning for all committees.

Threats:

• The lack of members in SPE's society.

1- Mention your committee structure and how you handle the workflow
between the teams?

• Content creation : They are responsible for writing professional content.

• Editing : This team is responsible for proofreading the content after the
content team has written it.

• Moderation : This team will be responsible for managing pages, replay


messages, and keeping track of page updates.

2- How will you handle urgent tasks and workflow problems?


I'll give the team plenty of notice about their tasks. But if we have urgent work,
we'll divide tasks according to our team structure and focus on the most
important ones first. For urgent tasks, we'll lean on our most experienced team
members.

4- How will you enhance the members’ spirit?

• I will consistently encourage team members and organize monthly


competitions to reward the best task completion.

• We will involve all team members, whether they are in content creation,
editing, or moderation, in brainstorming ideas for articles and advertisements.

• This will boost their self-confidence and encourage them to provide


feedback on each other's work.

5- What are your plans for implementing the inbound marketing strategy in
your committee?

• By creating more creative content to attract new members, consistently


posting on all electronic

platforms while considering the optimal posting times, and encouraging current
members to promote the chapter among their non-member peers by sharing
their experiences, we will attract new members.
6- What are your initiatives to enhance better reach and engagement for all
our social media platforms, especially our FB page? Focus on your plan to enrich
FB page content, blog content, and other sm content?
