• Tell me about yourself – First of all, thankyou for the opportunity to be interviewed today.
My name is Raiza Faustino and I recently graduated from a course of Bachelor of Science in
Hospitality Management. And I describe myself a multitasking, flexibility and I can adapt
easily. I am confident to contribute to the success of a company.
• Why should we hire you – you should hire me because I believe that with the knowledge
and skills I have gained I am confident and perfectly suits me with the positions that I am
applying for. I am fast learner and hardworking that can benefit the company.
• In 5 years from now how do you see yourself? – in 5 years from now, I’ll be working in a
hotel or restaurant. I want to be part of the company that I can developed and improved
my skills and knowledge.
• Strength – one of my strength I am fast learner, I can adapt easily, flexible and multi-tasking.
I’m always eager to learn and improve.
• Weaknesses – my weakness is I can’t say NO when someone asking for help. Sometime I
am busy and have a lot of project but when someone asking for help even though I have so
much to do I still helped them. But then I realize and learned that it is okay to say No to
other people.
• How do you handle stress under pressure – I prioritize the task that is important. I also
make sure to rest for few minutes to clear my mind.
