The diagnostic x-ray report for Joseph M. Ortega indicates mild vertebral wedge compression fractures at L2 and L3, along with lumbar spondylosis. The report notes spurs on vertebral endplates and a decrease in the anterior height of the L2 and L3 vertebral bodies, but maintains that intervertebral disc spaces are preserved and other structures appear unremarkable. The examination was conducted on February 26, 2025, by Dr. Galvez and interpreted by Dr. Glenn Y. Catedral Jr.
