Artificial intelligence is a universe that generates different feelings,
sometimes opposite, other times moving within an area still without
definitive assessments.
AI creates, in some, a specific concern, such as the phobia fear that
"machines" may sooner or later take control over men, becoming
dominators, and perhaps going to take revenge for the subjugation
suffered for decades. And again: artificial intelligence is too
intelligent and risks making us obsolete, useless, substitutable,
making us lose control of our civilization.
WHAT IS REVENGE PORN?
The opportunities for intrusion into people’s sexual privacy have, in recent years, greatly increased.
It is invaded and manipulated according to ever new and disturbing declinations, among which the most
serious is the dissemination of intimate images, which in common language is often referred to as
"revenge porn".
The serious damage suffered by victims of "revenge porn" and the scale of the phenomenon has already
led the legislators of the main Anglo-American systems to introduce a specific incriminating case, and
require us to question the possibility of directly regulating in our own legal system the criminal effects of
non-consensual disclosure of pornographic images.

image generators to create false or manipulated intimate content without the consent of the person
involved.
Here is an overview of the situation:
Deepfake: Through AI, you can create videos or images that look realistic but are falsified. With a few
data, you can create intimate content that is not authentic.
Clothing removal tools: Some applications use neural networks to simulate the "removal" of clothes
from photographs, generating false indecent images.
Viral spread: AI can also facilitate the distribution of this content with bots or algorithms designed to
reach a wide audience.
