Dear Sir,
I would like to bring in your notice that on, 05 Dec 2024, got a complaint about Computer control
Series-parallel pumps Bench, College of Engineering Mechanical Department, Taif University.
After receiving complaint took action and thoroughly checked the all parameters of Machine and
found No of 2 Water flow pressure sensor, water leakage from inside and they both were not giving
accurate reading of pressure.
Upon inspection, it was found that the water flow Pressure sensor had internal leakage and
sensor chip damaged. Despite attempts to assess the damage and repair the sensor, it has been
concluded that the sensor cannot be repaired due to the age factor of sensor.
Consequently, there is major technical problem that the sensor inside micro plugin Pins have
been completely damaged and cannot be repairable only need to replace with new.
The Specifications of Parts/Sensor are following.
