Steel Plant Point The Rourkela Steel Plant was built with technical cooperation
from the German firm, Krupps and Demag in 1959.

It Is located at the confluence of two rivers, the Sankha and the
Koel (Brahmani) in the Sundargarh district of Odisha.

Plant USSR government.
