BÀI MẪU 1: You are planning your holiday. There are three
suggestions: a beach holiday, a climbing holiday, and a sight-

Well, I think I would choose a sight-seeing holiday as the most

suitable choice for my holiday. You know, there are quite a few
clear benefits. (Tôi nghĩ là mình sẽ chọn .... /Có một vài lợi ích
rất rõ ràng như sau)

I could say the first thing is that I can visit famous tourist
attractions. This is simply because I can enjoy the beautiful
scenery and save memory by taking photos.

An other advantage is that we can discover new culture. This is

valuable since I am interested in learning something new during my
holiday. (Thứ nhất, tôi có thể … /Bởi vì tôi được…./Một lợi ích nữa

Regarding a beach holiday, it can’t be denied that there are some

exciting activities at the beach such as sunbathing, playing

water sports or building sandcastles.

However, I live in a coastal city, so I quite often go to the

beach on the weekend to enjoy the sea food and play volleyball
with my friends, or just go for walks there. Therefore, I want
something different for my holiday. (Về B, không thể phủ nhận là B

It is clear that a climbing holiday is also a good idea. This is
because I can climb the mountain and camp on the top. The fresh
air on there would help me refresh my mind and feel relaxed. That
sounds great!

But you know to me, a climbing holiday is not suitable because I

get arthritis, it is difficult for me to hike. (Hiển nhiên là C cũng là

Well, you know I’m a big fan of traveling. If I had to choose

when I go to London, I would go for summer because of the
following reasons
First of all, I have a long holiday in summer therefore I can
spend much time travelling. You know, my summer vacation lasts

about three months, so I can have one month on holiday. (It will
be a great chance for me to discover special tourist attractions
in London or taste some traditional food here)
Moreover, summer is an ideal time for tourism. I’ll go to some
beaches and enjoy the fresh air there. I’m also interested in
swimming, so it will be wonderful to go swimming in early morning
or late afternoon or walk on the sand along the beach to enjoy
the peaceful atmosphere at night
In spring, I think it’s a little bit humid and wet in London.
Therefore if I travel to London in spring, I can’t visit
beautiful landscapes if it rains. In addition, I have to attend
my class at a time.
I don’t choose winter because it is very cold in London this
season. I may badly suffer from cold weather it is snowy. I think
at the time I just want to sleep and enjoy my favourite food
indoor
To sum up, summer is the most suitable time for me to have a trip
in London
