Due to strong solar radiation, advanced balconies and
façades can be used to reduce direct heat entry. Public
spaces, such as cafes and restaurants, can be designed to
take advantage of the natural surroundings of the Nile and
enjoy the view.

The site's proximity to a main road is an additional

advantage, as it facilitates access to the hotel from
various parts of the city and enhances visibility and
appeal to passersby. This advantage can be utilized by
providing clear entrances and convenient parking.

The noise resulting from the hotel's proximity to a main

road can be addressed by using soundproof glass façades
and planting dense trees to mitigate noise. Additionally,
the distribution of rooms and public spaces away from
the street-facing side and closer to the river can enhance
comfort and tranquility for guests.
