PRODUCTIVITY SYSTEM
Here are some additional steps that you can implement in your
productivity system:
1) Use Weekly Reviews to Adjust & Reflect
Helps you figure out what’s working, what isn’t, and allows you to
tweak your system accordingly.
Here’s is how you can implement this:
At the end of each week, review your productivity.
Ask yourself, “Did you accomplish your goals? What
worked? What didn’t?”
Adjust your system for the next week based on what you
learn from the review.
Why should you do it?
Suppose, you had an unpredictable week.
This review lets you assess how to improve your flexibility, helps
add more buffer zones, and refine your daily priorities.

PRODUCTIVITY SYSTEM
Here are some additional steps that you can implement in your
productivity system:
2) Build a Flexibility Mindset (Adapt & Overcome)
A rigid system can cause stress if things don’t go perfectly. If your
day constantly requires last-minute changes it can be harmful for
your overall productivity. That’s why, this method helps you adapt
quickly by adjusting priorities, rescheduling blocks of time, or
moving tasks to another day without feeling guilty.
Here’s is what you can do:
Shift your perspective from “all or nothing” to “progress over
perfection.” If something derails, focus on what you can still
control.
Be prepared to adapt — sometimes just 30 minutes of focused
work is more productive than forcing a full 3-hour session.
Set up a space where you can work without distractions. Keep it
organized and free from clutter to help you focus better.
If you’re prone to distractions from social media or
entertainment sites, use apps like Freedom or StayFocusd to
block those sites during work hours.
Turn off unnecessary notifications on your phone or computer
to avoid interruptions while you work.
Use your phone’s timer to remind you to take breaks at regular
intervals. During breaks, move around, stretch, or get some
fresh air. This boosts energy and keeps you productive
throughout the day.

LEARNING AND GROWTH SYSTEM
Here are some additional steps that you can implement in your
learning and growth system:
Whenever you come across an article or book you want to read,
save it to your digital library. You can even use apps like Pocket
or Evernote to save content on the go.
Set a reminder to go through your digital library every month.
Clear out anything irrelevant and add new resources, so your
learning stays fresh and relevant.
Identify blogs, podcasts, or social media accounts that inspire
and educate you. For example, follow industry leaders on
LinkedIn or subscribe to educational YouTube channels.
Use tools like Notion, Trello, or even a simple Google Doc to
store useful content. Make a swipe file if you can and store up a
collection of articles, quotes, or ideas that inspire you,
categorized by topic for easy access when needed.
Pick courses that help you reach specific personal or career
objectives. For example, if you want to improve your
communication skills, look for related courses on platforms like
Coursera or Udemy.
After completing a course, find ways to apply the new skills or
knowledge immediately. For example, if you take a course on
public speaking, challenge yourself to give a presentation at
work or in a community group.
Lastly, don’t forget to track your progress!

HEALTH AND WELLNESS SYSTEM
Here are some additional steps that you can implement in your
health & wellness system:
Track your fitness progress using apps like Google Fit or a
simple calendar. This helps you stay motivated by seeing your
consistency.
Create a food journal and write down what you eat each day or
use an app like Healthify to track your meals. This gives you a
clear view of what’s fueling your body and helps you make
better choices.
Focus on eating balanced meals with proper portion sizes. For
example, fill half your plate with fruits and vegetables, a quarter
with protein, and a quarter with carbs just like the diagram
below.
Prepare meals for the week on Sundays or whichever day works
for you. This helps you avoid unhealthy last-minute choices.

HEALTH AND WELLNESS SYSTEM
Here are some additional steps that you can implement in your
health & wellness system:
Try going to bed and waking up at the same time every day,
even on weekends. This helps your body get into a natural
rhythm.
Avoid using your phone or watching TV for at least 30 minutes
before sleep. Instead, read a book or listen to calming music.
Use apps like Google Fit or the iOS Health app to monitor your
sleep. Tracking your sleep can show you patterns that might be
affecting your energy.
Begin with just 5 minutes of deep breathing or meditation each
morning. You can sit in a quiet place and focus on your
breathing to calm your mind.
If you’re new to mindfulness, try using an app like Headspace or
YouTube videos that offer short guided sessions.
Set up a small area in your home with things that help you relax,
like a cozy chair or soothing scents, where you can practice
mindfulness.
Block out at least one hour a week for self-care activities, like
taking a bath, reading, or doing a skincare routine. Treat this
time as non-negotiable.
Create a list of simple self-care ideas, like doing a face mask,
journaling, or stretching. When life gets stressful, you’ll have a
go-to list ready. Need help with the list?

SOCIAL CIRCLE AUDIT SYSTEM
Here are some additional steps that you can implement in your
social circle audit system:
Once you know which friend drains you and which doesn’t, plan
your next month. Make time for people who energize you and
limit time with those who drain you.
Keep a list or app to log who you’ve reached out to and when.
This helps you see who you might be unintentionally neglecting.
You can create this on a simple Google sheet as well.
Once that list is ready, set a weekly or monthly reminder to
check in with those important to you. Even a quick text or call
helps strengthen bonds.
Instead of focusing on the same people all the time, alternate
reaching out to different friends or family members to keep
relationships balanced.
Start small by politely declining invitations that don’t align with
your priorities. For example, say, "I can't make it this time, but
thanks for thinking of me."
If you must spend time with someone who drains you, set a time
limit beforehand. For example, plan for a 30-minute coffee, and
excuse yourself when it’s time to go.
When boundaries are crossed, calmly express how you feel and
what needs to change. For example, "I need some space after
work to recharge."
Try this for a month and see the difference it makes on your social
circle.
