Duties and Responsibilities of
Head Teacher In-Charge
1. Assist in the
evaluation, selection,
distribution and inventory
of
textbooks, materials,
supplies and equipment.
They should be able
to assist teachers in the
implementation of
administrative directives.
2. Maintain a grade level
focus on high achievement
for all students.
3. Help to administer tests,
analyze test results, and
develop strategies
for improving instruction
4. Make classroom
visitations during the
school year as deemed
necessary by the principal.
When a deficiency is noted,
they will
notify the school head.
The school head or the
assistant to the
principal validates the
existence of a deficiency.
5. Responsible for the effective
implementation of the
curriculum inside the
classroom
6. Monitor and assess academic
performance, attendance, and
behavior of
learners
7. Maintain an up-to-date
learner’s portfolio, with a
summary record of
performance to date (grade
reports, requirements
completed, etc.)
8. Responsible in checking
personal records and School
Forms of learners
such as School Form 2, 5, 9 and
10
9. Make an intervention with
learners with PARDOs and
SARDOs
10.Assists in the
implementation of career
guidance and advocacy
activities,
as well as other Learner Support

communication with parents
and guardians to address

through the organization and management of student activities and events.
Roles and Responsibilities
A. Event Planning and Management:
A1. Develop and Implement Activity Calendar:
Plan a diverse calendar of student activities throughout the year, catering to
various interests and age groups.
Secure venues, permissions, and resources needed for each event in
coordination with the school administration
Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, equipment rentals, trainings,
volunteers
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.
A2. Event Promotion and Marketing
Develop creative marketing strategies to promote upcoming activities to
students.

Develop and manage a budget for student activities, including event

school guidelines and have a faculty advisor.
