b. Execute the basic dance step of Ba-Ingles dance,
c. Developed teamwork by participating in Ba-Ingles.

Today we are going to learn the basic
dance steps and the costumes of Ba-
Ingles.

Ba-Ingles is a lively dance that originated
in Cabugao, Ilocos Sur. It is derived from
the word “baile” and English which means
English Dance.

It is said that this dance was brought by


traders from England except for the last
part which can be said to be aunthentic
(typical) Ilocano.

Dancers are dressed in Ilocano peasant.

The girl wears a blouse and a skirt with a


piece of fabric around their waist.
The boy wear a polo and slacks

Music is divided in three parts (A, B, C)
