ALL PARTICIPANTS OF THE SPORTSFEST 2024


MSU-Maguindanao

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu.

In preparation for the smooth flow of the Sportsfest 2024 Closing Program on
September 25, 2024, we would like to remind everyone of the following guidelines:

For Sportsfest Athletes, Bench Yell Participants, Coaches, and Tournament


Officials:
 Assembly time inside the gymnasium is at 8:00 A.M.
 Wear your Sportsfest 2024 shirt. Athletes, coaches, and officials without the
Sportsfest shirt will not be allowed to enter the gymnasium.
 Wearing of slippers and bringing of backpacks are strictly prohibited.
 Bring tumbler and snacks to avoid unnecessary movement in and out of the
gymnasium.

For ROTC and ILSHS Bands:


 The assembly time inside the gymnasium is at 8:00 A.M.
 Only triple drummers and bass drummers will be allowed to enter the
gymnasium. Bring tumbler and snacks to minimize movement in and out of the
gym.

For Program Chairpersons, and 51st Founding Anniversary Athletes, Coaches, and
Tournament Officials:
 Assembly time inside the gymnasium is at 8:00 A.M.
 Wear your College/Department shirt (if there is any) OR any sleeved shirt with
your college/department color.
 Wearing of slippers and bringing of backpacks are strictly prohibited.
 Bring tumbler and snacks to avoid unnecessary movement in and out of the
gymnasium.

 Technical operators and technical committee should be at the University


Gymnasium at 7:30 A.M.
 Vice Chancellors, Deans, and the ILSHS Director will proceed directly to Datu
Odin Sinsuat Gymnasium at 8:00 A.M. and are encouraged to wear their
Sportsfest 2024 shirts.

Awarding of Certificates, Medals, and/or Trophies


 The Sports Committee and Tournament Officials will facilitate the line formation
of the athlete-awardees.
 The Awards Committee will assist the former for the awarding of certificates,
medals, and/or trophies of the top 3 winners of each sports event. Athletes,
coaches, and respective Dean/Director will receive the awards.
 The College Deans and the ILSHS Director and their respective Sports
Coordinator will receive the trophies for the Overall Awarding.
Floor and Seat Plan

NOTE: Once the closing program begins, athletes, coaches, faculty, staff, and
tournament officials who arrived late will not be permitted to enter the gymnasium.
All colleges are requested to monitor student attendance, as this is a University-wide
activity.

As we show our continued gratitude to Senator Sonny Angara, Senator Pia Cayetano,
and Senator Bong Go for their support in the identification, promotion, and development of
young Bangsamoro athletes, we want to inform everyone that the shared success of this
year’s Sportsfest 2024 lies not only on the wins that we enjoy, but most importantly on the
camaraderie and values we have showcased and built in this memorable event.
