Throughout history, we have experienced many various types of leaders, including political, industrial,
and even business leaders. Why is it always connected with Richard I of England? What is Genghis
Khan’s most powerful weapon? What character trait does Hitler possess that qualifies him to start a
war? Is it the same as when Andrew Carnegie resigned his job and founded his own business? The
answer is within each of us; we each have our own definition; the question is, do you possess this
attribute as well?

I’m sure you’ve had that feeling where you tell yourself, “Can I do this?” or “I’m not afraid,” at least once
in your life. “These affluent Business magnates and entrepreneurs would not be successful if they hadn’t
taken the risk in the first place,” I often tell myself. Even if they are unsure if they will win, politicians run
for office and spend countless hours crafting a winning campaign; the question is, what does it take for
them to run? It’s not just about money and support; there’s more to it.

You will be nervous when declaring your love to someone, but will you continue to tell her/him? How
long have you been thinking about it? The only way to find out is to take a chance. I have always
admired Nelson Mandela’s courage in standing up for his country. Finally, it is still one of our most
powerful weapons, capable of assisting us in overcoming our challenges and progressing in life.
