SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

at (current address) do hereby name, constitute, and appoint, (name of representative/s) of legal
age/s, (marital status), (nationality) and a resident of (current address) to be my true and lawful
attorney, for me and in my name, place, and stead, to do and perform the following acts or thing, to

(a) To represent, negotiate, transact, and process all papers in connection with my purchase of
condominium unit situated at TAMBULI Seaside Living Project, located at Tower ____ Unit
___ Buyong Road, Maribago, Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines;

(b) To sign for and in my/our behalf the Reservation Agreement, Contract to Sell, Deed of
Absolute Sale, Deed of Restrictions, Turn-Over Agreement, and other related documents;

(c) To secure and/or receive the copy of the Deed of Absolute Sale and the Transfer Certificate
of Title for and in my/our name including any and all documents that may be issued relative to
the property described above;

(d) To accept the unit or to cause necessary rectifications during the inspection and/or
turnover period

(e) To sign, seal, execute and deliver any document or instrument necessary in carrying out into
effect the power and authority herein granted;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my/our said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do
and perform any and all acts as may requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority
as fully to all intents and purposes as I/we might or could lawfully do as if I/we were personally
present.
