FIXED-TERM EMPLOYMENT

CONTRACT

EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN ISABELLA VELÁSQUEZ


PARRADO (EMPLOYER) AND ALEJANDRA CARVAJAL DAZA
(EMPLOYEE)
Between the parties, on the one hand Isabella Velásquez Parrado domiciled in the
city of Cra. 71d #6-94 Sur, Kennedy, Bogotá, Cundinamarca, legal representative
of Aleja and Bela beauty, with NIT 90032482_1, who hereinafter and for the
purposes of this contract is referred to as THE EMPLOYER, and on the other
hand, Alejandra Carvajal Daza, domiciled in the city of Av Américas #412814, who
hereinafter and for the purposes of this contract is referred to as THE EMPLOYER,
both of legal age, identified as shown at the bottom of the signatures, we have
agreed to enter into this employment contract, which shall be governed by the
following clauses:
Article 1. Nature and Purpose. This is a fixed-term employment contract, under
which the EMPLOYER hires the WORKER to personally direct his work capacity
for the provision of services and performance of the activities of the position of
Sales Coordinator, and as consideration the EMPLOYER will pay a remuneration.

Article 2. Obligations of the parties


1. Of the EMPLOYER

a) Pay in the agreed manner the amount equivalent to the remuneration.


b) To make the affiliation and corresponding contribution to parafiscal taxes.
c) To provide the WORKER with the necessary work elements for the correct
performance of the contracted work.
d) The special obligations set forth in Articles 56 and 57 of the Substantive Labor
Code.
Obligations of the parties
1. Of the EMPLOYER
a) Pay in the agreed manner the amount equivalent to the
remuneration.
b) To make the affiliation and corresponding contribution to parafiscal
taxes.
c) To provide the WORKER with the necessary work elements for the
correct performance of the contracted work.
d) The special obligations set forth in Articles 56 and 57 of the
Substantive Labor Code.

Article 3. provision of the service. The WORKER shall render his/her services
personally at Cra. 71d #6-94 Sur, Kennedy, Bogotá, Cundinamarca; address that
corresponds to the domicile of the company.
Article 4. Working day. The working day shall be from Monday to Friday from 7:30
am to 5:00 pm.
Article 5. Remuneration. The EMPLOYER shall pay the WORKER, by way of
remuneration for the activities, an amount of 4,000,000 Article 6. The form of
payment of the salary indicated in the previous clause, as follows: monthly. The
payment shall be made to the Davivienda bank account: 1893023489.
Article 7. Duration of the contract. This contract shall be for a term of One year,
automatically extendable for a term equal to that initially agreed.
Article 8. Notice. The party wishing to terminate the contract must give notice in
writing within 30 days prior to the expiration of the term of duration. Article 9.
Unilateral Termination of the Contract. This contract may be terminated unilaterally
and without any indemnity by either party, provided that any of the situations set
forth in Article 62 of the Substantive Labor Code or any serious breach of any
clause set forth in the employment contract occurs. Serious non-compliance is
considered to be the disregard of the obligations or prohibitions set forth in the
contract

Article 10. Domicile of the parties. For all legal and conventional effects, the
domicile of the parties is: the EMPLOYER: the city of Bogotá, at the address of
Cra. 71d #6-94 Sur, Kennedy, Bogotá, Cundinamarca and the WORKER, the city
of Bogotá at the address Av Américas #412814.
Article 11. Integrity, The present contract replaces in its entirety and leaves
without effect any agreement of wills that may have been agreed upon prior to the
execution of the same.

- Trial period: Two months.


- Confidentiality: To protect those assets of the company that are
considered confidential.
- Exclusivity: Which is used to establish that the employee may
only render services in that company.

As a sign of conformity, the parties hereby sign this contract, in two copies
of the same tenor, on February 14, 2025.
