1. What is the issue or problems depicted in the photograph? How does this
issue or problem affects the lives of people today?
- The photograph depicts the spread of propaganda, misinformation, and fake news
through various media channels (printed materials and mobile devices). The warning
highlights the dangers of believing unverified information. And this issue affects people
lives today. It's hard for them to know what's true anymore. Lies can trick people into
voting for bad leaders. It's upsetting to feel confused and unsure about what's
happening. The spread of disinformation can manipulate public opinion, influence
elections, and threaten democratic processes.

2. What are the responsibilities of scientist in the issue?

- Scientists, particularly those in fields like computer science, social sciences, and
communication, have several responsibilities, creating tools and techniques to
identify and flag misinformation and propaganda. Creating ways to spot lies online
and in newspapers. Learning how fake news goes viral. Figuring out ways to stop
false information from spreading. Working with governments and organizations to
develop policies and regulations to address the issue.

3. Why should a student like you and other ordinary citizens engage in
discussing problems in science and technology like the one depicted in your
photograph?
- Discussing the issue of misinformation is crucial for several reasons, we need
to learn to check if something is true before believing it. We need to stop lies
from ruining our elections and government. Knowing the truth helps us make
good decisions. By working together, we can reduce the spread of lies or
misinformation. Open discussions lead to a better understanding of the problem
and potential solutions.
