ICP(Ideal Client Profile):-

• The ICPs(Ideal Client Profile) were searched through a quick search “15 Companies that
seek offshore staffing”.
• These companies are globally known for their offshore hiring , most of these companies
are mainly IT and network companies that have their businesses in multiple countries and
require workforce from different countries.

Data Mining Strategy:-


• A quick search about these companies was done through AI tools.
• After a quick glance at the information generated by the AI tools, each company website
and linkedIn profile was visited to verify and collect more information.

Data Collection:-
• After the verification of the data collected , the data is presented in a well-formatted
spreadsheet.

Data Validation and Cleaning: -


• All the data is cross checked either through the company website or through the
individual’s linkedin.

Data Analysis:-
• Through the analysis it is observed that these companies hire every year with a large
amount of openings and for a verity of experience range.
• For the ease of analysis and research and the demand to join the companies that hire
offshore , only the top 15 companies were considered for this data set.

Follow-Up Strategy:-
• Manual Outreach is advised as these companies are of enterprise level and an automated
approach would not yield much results as every email and approach should be tailored to
the company.
• Sales or marketing team should check postings on these company's websites regularly and
also reach out to the HR department from time to time.

Please Note:-
• For the ease of data collection, analysis and understanding only top 15 companies were
considered for this assignment.
• This data is only relevant for the companies of enterprise and mid level as not many entry
level companies hire offshore.
• Due to the lack of resources and trust on certain websites ,any contact emails of the HR
and decision makers is not present in the data set.
