Thank for having me here. My name is Abhishek, . I am Accounting professional with ~20
year of experience .
Did my schooling in Kodaikanal. This place is known for scenic beauty, cool climate and outdoor
activities.
Did my college from St.Xaviers Kolkata. My College day transformative period for me. It taught
the importance of time mgt and teamwork.
After finishing my CA joined Deloitte…
I have wife and one child, who are my pillar of strength. My parent lives in Delhi who are
mentor, guide, supportive, & inspirational to me. Their Integrity, kindness, and dedication has
shaped my values and driven me to make positive impact in my professional life.

I'm seeking new opportunities to take on greater responsibilities and further

3. What is your greatest professional achievement?
My greatest professional achievement was 1) SAP Implementation 2) Framing the commercial
policy for the organization which led to strengthen control and compliance 3) Moving the work from
different countries to India which has ~ 25-30 Lacs per year 4) Rationalization work force which lead
saving for 2 FTE -8 -10 Lacs~ Per year
4. Tell me about a time you made a mistake at work"
Over the 20 years of my professional life I had made a lot of error and mis judgment. In all time I was
quick to acknowledge the error/Mistake and make necessary changes.
One instance which I remember was Month end MIS where data captured where erogenous due MS
Excel formula error . I realised this after send the report to higher up . I made a quick changes and
send the revised MIS acknowledging the mistake
5. What’s your favourite project you’ve worked on?
In my role of Finance leader, SAP Implementation has been a favourite one. The was a fully
transformative project where we getting the all business in common platform which globally lead to
saving of 50 M per year. Speed at which it was implemented was remkarable.
6. “Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult coworker”
I faced a situation with a coworker who regularly disrupted meetings or was not
cooperative or was not delivering the desirable result.
I took the initiative to address this issue directly. Firstly, I had a one-on-one
conversation with him to explain the negative impact on our productivity.
Additionally, we introduced a practice of setting clear meeting agendas to maintain
focus.
This experience taught me a lot about the addressing conflict in the workplace.

7. Can you talk about a time when you had to handle multiple
competing priorities and tasks?
There were many situation in my professional career which I have frequently encountered
multiple competing priorities.
For an Instance during the SAP Implementation where we had to part of explore, build and
test face . Many times timeliness for SAP BIT / USAT was conflicting or was close to month
end close reporting
Realising the simultaneous /back to back deliverbale was not feasible as it was taking on toll
on the people , I proactively communicated the situation to management. Following this
Mgt, collectively decided to shift priorities give some additional time for SAP testing

9. What are your strengths?
I am highly energetic Individuals and get motivated by goals
I look at challenges as opportunities to learn, grow and evolve
My attitude towards work is to get the result by solving the problem that I encounter
And body in my department tell, that I always support team work
10. What is your weakness?
My biggest weakness it in order to achieve good result & Quality I tend to play around on
time. However I am addressing this by setting internal deadline one day before the
deliverable to dates so that I can spend more time in analysis and doing quality checks.
