Scene 1: The Phone Obsession

Vihaan –Namaskar, Aaiye lekar chalte hai aapko jahaan kuch dost apne phones main busy hain aur
oonke kuch dost oonhe ektak dekhe jaa rahe hain

Akshat (enters):
"Arre, yeh kya ho raha hai? Doston ka group hai ya phone ka?" (hass ke dekhta hai) "Veera! Phone
mein kya dhoond rahi ho – doston ko ya social media ko?"

Veera (without looking up, scrolling):

"Arre yaar, Daanya yeh meme dekho! Lagta hai yeh jo meme hai, yeh mere life ka true
representation hai!" (laughs)

Daanya (also scrolling):

"Main toh apne Insta pe ek new filter try kar rahi hoon. Waise Aadya, mujhe lagta hai ki sabki life
kitni perfect hoti hai social media pe!"

Aadya (ignoring the conversation, looking anxious):

"Yaar, yeh sab log apne photos post kar rahe hain... mere followers badh rahe hain ya nahi? FOMO
ho raha hai mujhe Reyansh!" (sighs)

Reyansh (not amused):

"Yeh tum logon ka FOMO aur Likes ka chakkar kab khatam hoga? Tum sab apne phones se kabhi to
nikal kar asli duniya mein aao, bolo Kritarth, main sahi bol raha hu naa?"

Kritarth (winks to the audience):

"Yeh hai aaj kal ke bachon ki life – Phone par! Social media ki duniya main rehtre hain, jahan se asli
duniya gayab ho gayi hai!"

Scene 2: The Parent's Concern (Home)

Charvi (as Narrator) To chalte hai ab Veera ke ghar p, jahaan woh apne phone par fevicol ki tarah
chipki huyi hain aur ooske mummy papa chintit hai. Ooska bada bhai Yuvaan bhi hai aur sunte hai
ooski chhoti behen Aanya ooske kya keh rahi hain.

Aanya (poking Veera's phone):

"Veera Didi, yeh aapke phone ki duniya kab khatam hogi? Aapke homework ki duniya, dosto ke
saath masti wali duniya kahaan gayi?"

Veera (frustrated):
"Mummy, homework toh kar liya tha, bas yeh thoda sa 'timepass' kar rahi hoon! Sab virtual doston
ke saath chat chal rahi hai!"

Mrs. Gupta (sighs): (Ananya Dutta)

"Arre, par tumhare doston ki duniya ko dekhte-karte, tum apni real duniya bhool rahi ho. Tumhe
phone ke liye time banane se pehle apne real world ko dekhna hoga, aap kuch bolte kyu nahi Gupta
Ji!"
Mr. Gupta (in a dramatic tone, Bollywood style): (Reyaan Rana)
"Beti, tumhe apne phone se ‘yeh virtual duniya’ nikaal kar, ‘apne real parivaar’ ki duniya mein dikhna
hoga!" (imitating a famous Bollywood dialogue)

Veera (laughs nervously):

"Papa, main samajh gayi, par ek aur meme toh dekhne do, Yuvaan Bhaiya bolo naa aap!"

Yuvaan (sternly):
"No more memes Veera! Aur, yeh phone ka use balance karna seekho!"

Scene 3: FOMO and Mental Health Impact (School)

Aarav (as Narrator 3 ) Chaliye ab chalte hai wapas inke school, jahaan Aadya pareshan hai ki
ooske post ko kisine like nahi kiya aur baar baar who apne phone ko dekhe jaa rahi hain.

Aadya (panicking):
"Yaar, yeh kya ho raha hai! 3 likes aaye hain! Mera mood bohot down ho gaya! Tum dono ko yeh nahi
lagta ki humare followers ne humein ignore kar diya, Daanya?"

Daanya (casually):
"Arre, yeh sab likes waale chakkar hain. Tumhe kya lagta hai Veera, sabki life itni perfect hai?"

Veera (staring at his phone):

"Yaar, main bhi abhi apni post dekh rahi hoon... 5 likes aaye hain. Yaar, mujhe lagta hai sab mujhe
ignore kar rahe hain, Bhavya tum to bahut khush ho rahe hoge yeh sab sunkar!" (panicking)

Bhavya (enters):
"Dosto, yeh hai FOMO – ‘Fear of Missing Out’. Sabko lagta hai ki koi aur sabse zyada enjoy kar raha
hai, aur hum bas phone dekhte reh jaate hain. Par Aahan, kya yeh real life hai?"

Aahan (interjecting):
"Yeh FOMO sirf hamare dimaag mein hota hai, jab hum khudko doosro ki virtual life se compare
karte hain. Humari asli happiness humare apne efforts mein hai, na ki doosron ke posts mein!"

Scene 4: Teacher’s Intervention (Classroom)

The next day in class, Sophia Ma’am enters and notices the children are busy on their phones.

Sophia Ma’am (sternly):

"Yeh kya chal raha hai? Tum sab apne phones mein ghuse hue ho, aur class ka waqt barbad kar
rahe ho? Kahan gaya tumhara focus, Aadya sun rahe ho aap?"

Aadya (laughing nervously):

"Ma’am, bas apne followers ka count dekh rahi thi. Main to soch rahi hoon, kaise 1000 followers
complete karoon!"

Sophia Ma’am (quoting a inspiration line):

"Yeh tumhare life ka goal nahi ho sakta, Aadya! Life mein real success who hai jahaan log aapko role
model banaaye naa ki social media main virtual followers banakar!, Yaashvii se seekho kuch"
Yaashvii (raising her hand):
"Ma’am, hum sab ko samajhna hoga ki phone ka use har samay timepass ke liye nahi, par ek tool ke
roop mein hona chahiye.. Sanay tum bhi kuch bolo"

Sanay:
"Haan Madam! Humare physical and mental health ke liye phone se door rehkar, dosto ke saath
khel kar, ek routine aur balance banana zaroori hai Technology ka use zaroori hai, par jab yeh
hamari mental health par asar dalne lage, tab humein thoda ruk jana chahiye!"

Scene 5: The Mental Health Realization (Home)

At Veera’s home, after a tiring day, Veera is feeling stressed out. She talks to his mother, Mrs. Gupta.

Veera (sighing):
"Maa, lagta hai ki main apne phone se apni zindagi bhool gayi hoon. Har waqt likes, followers, aur
posts ka pressure rehne laga hai!"

Mrs. Gupta (kindly): (Ananya Dutta)

"Beti, yeh phone ka use zindagi ko better banaane ke liye hai, na ki tumhe stress dene ke liye.
Tumhare liye asli khushi tumhare doston aur parivaar ke saath hai, na ki unke posts ke saath!"

Komal (enters):
"Yeh hai Veera ki kahani! Usne samjha ki phone ka balance kaise karna hai! Jab tumhe lagay ki
tumhara phone tumhe zyada control kar raha hai, toh thoda step back lena zaroori hai!"

Scene 6: The Breakthrough (Park)

The final scene shows all the children at the park. Veera, Aadya, and Daanya are enjoying outdoors
without phones. Reyansh is playing a game with Ariya, while Kritarth is teaching a new outdoor
sport.

Aashi :
"Toh, dekha aapne! Jab tumhara phone tumhe control karne lage, toh thoda ruk kar socho. Tumhe
apne time ka balance zaroori hai. Phone ka use karo, par apne asli doston aur family ko kabhi mat
bhoolo aur sabse pehle rakho, phone se bhi pehle. Vivaan tumhe koi seekh mili in sab se?!"

Vivaan (picks up a ball and laughs):

"Bilkul Aashi Aunty, Waise bhi, phone ki duniya mein ghoom kar bahut tired ho gaya hoon! Ab toh
asli masti, dosti aur outdoor games mein hai, Kyun Veera!"

Veera (laughing):
"Aaj se phone ko sirf zarurat ke time hi use karenge, baaki time doston ke saath! Life ka asli maza
doston aur family ke saath hai, yeh ab samajh gayi hoon!"

Ariya: (Ariya Choubey)

"Yeh thi hamari kahani! Agli baar phone mein kho jao, toh yaad rakhna – asli duniya phone nahi,
hamara Parivar aur hamare dost hain!"

The group laughs and enjoys together, with the phone left aside. The End
