Carsten Mogensen: Badminton Achievements
Early life
Mogensen was born in Roskilde,[4] a city on the island
of Zealand and is currently living in nearby Greve.[5]
Career
He won the silver medal at the 2006 European
Mogensen at the 2013 French Super Series
Badminton Championships in men's doubles, with

Mathias Boe.[6] Two years later he won the bronze
medal at the 2008 European Badminton Country Denmark

men's doubles at the Olympics in London. He also took

just taken the bronze medal in that world

brain surgery.[8]

BWF Superseries
The BWF Superseries, launched on 14 December 2006 and implemented in 2007, is a series of elite
badminton tournaments, sanctioned by Badminton World Federation (BWF). BWF Superseries has two
levels: Superseries and Superseries Premier. A season of Superseries features twelve tournaments around
the world, which introduced since 2011, with successful players invited to the Superseries Finals held at
the year end.
