I hereby authorize my classmate, Hiede R. Abualas, to process important and confidential


documents on my behalf at the WMSU Registrar’s office. Due to unavoidabale circumstances
and lack of financial aid, I am unable to personally visit the office and trust that, Hiede R.
Abualas will handle this matter responsibly.

I grant Hiede R. Abualas the authority to:


 Process and collect any documents or forms requiring my signature.

I hold Western Mindanao State University and its staff harmless for any errors or
discrepancies that may occur during the processing, provided they are acting to university
policies.

Please keep a copy of this authorization letter on file for future reference. If you need further
