Dear Parents,
Summer holidays bring lots of new opportunities in the students’ lives. They get a chance to learn new
things and enhance their skills in a relaxed and rejuvenated atmosphere. Summer Camp 2025 at Delhi
Public School Bangalore East opens up a new world of exciting sporting activities for the students of
all age groups, right from Classes I to XII. Sports build good habits, confidence and discipline in a
child. So, this summer, let your child explore new sporting skills and emerge as a winner in life.
Class : I to XII
Date : 24th March to 17th April 2025
Timings : 8:30 am – 11:30 am
Break : 9:45 am – 10:15 am
Each child can select one activity from Group A & one from Group B. A total
amount of Rs. 4500/- to be paid towards the summer camp (Except outsource).
Trainees can avail school transport facility on an additional payment of Rs. 3000/

Summer Camp Instructions
1. Participants can select maximum two sports, one sport in each time slot, as per the time slots
mentioned above.
2. Trainees can avail transport facilities on an additional payment of Rs. 3,000/- (Rs. Three
Thousand) only.
3. If a student opts for Billiards, Badminton, Equestrian, Shooting or Tennis in one time slot, he/she
can opt for any sport from Group B for the other slot, and at half the price.
4. Jerseys will be available for an additional cost of Rs. 500/-.
5. Training will begin on March 24 and last until April 17, 2025. Training will be on all days
(Monday – Saturday), except Sunday.
6. All trainees must come in proper sports attire.
7. Trainees can avail transport facilities on an additional payment of Rs. 3,000 (Rs. Three Thousand)
only.

8. Discipline and decorum must be maintained at the campus.
9. A Certificate of Participation will be issued to every student at the end of the camp.
10. Students from other schools are welcome to attend the camp as well. You may bring along
neighbours, siblings, and relatives!!
