Structure Geographical Location.

 Profit Centers:- Which Generates the Revenue &
Profit from the Segment.

financial transactions.

Financial  - Accounts Payable (AP): Vendor transactions,


invoices, and payments.
Accounting  - Accounts Receivable (AR): Customer
(FI) transactions and collections.
 - Fixed Asset Accounting (AA): Tracks fixed assets
and depreciation.
 - Bank Accounting: Manages bank transactions.
 Key Features:
 - Cost Element Accounting: Tracks costs and
revenues.
 - Cost Center Accounting: Allocates costs to cost
Controlling centers(Departments).
(CO)  - Profit Center Accounting: Generates profits by
the Products (segments ).
 - Profitability Analysis (CO-PA): Analyzes profit
margins.
 - Product Costing: Tracks manufacturing costs.
