About ICCC- International Certified Career Coach Program:
In a country like India where counseling is scarce, we feel there is a need to regulate the space
of career guidance & mentoring to ensure quality guidance reaches millions of students. With
over 15 lakh counsellors needed to mentor and guide over 300 million students; qualified and
trained career counsellors are the need of the hour. To bridge the huge supply gap of credible
Career Counselling professionals, Mindler launched the ICCC (International Certified Career
Coach) Program in collaboration with National Career Development Association (USA) & Career
Development Alliance (USA). ICCC is a multi-level credentialing program that is built on Global
Best Practices, Coaching & Helping Skills, Experiential Learning & State-of-the-Art Career
Guidance Tools. The program enables educators to gain a global credentialing certification that
is recognised across the world. Over the last couple of years, we at Mindler have worked
towards creating a strong credentialing program for developing career coaches in the country
and trained over 31,000 experts across India & Middle East.
Job Description :
● Connecting with educators, academicians, or school administration seeking certification
to be a certified career coach via phone calls, emails, and chats in order to provide
accurate, valid, complete, and educative information to them using the appropriate
methods, skills, and tools.
● Serve as the first point of contact for customers and ensure quality service delivery by
projecting a professional and warm image.
● Assisting in the conversion of leads in progress to potential customers.
● Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities during a conversation with potential
leads.
● Manage the ICCC Foundation Program's preparation and logistics.
● Help in creating relevant content and brainstorming ideas with the content team for
execution.
● Managing and leading sessions for the ICCC's second level. Assisting faculty with
presentation development, including slide creation and delivery.
Key Requirements :
● Graduate/postgraduate degree in any field, preferably a Master's degree in Psychology
● Outstanding oral and written communication abilities, preferred someone who has
experience in conducting webinars.
● Excellent customer service skills
● Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
● Excellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
● Experience in hosting and working on webinar platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc.
● Capability to work on multiple projects concurrently
● Result-oriented and self-motivated
Key Responsibility Areas:
● Have prior experience in business development and client facing roles.
● Product awareness and the ability to comprehend, analyze and assess changing
business dynamics.
● Sales pitch enhancement and prospect problem identification.
● Establish long-term communication with prospects and build repo with clients.
● Research and study on program related sessions.
● Encourage customers to participate by giving feedback using the provided service
quality tools
● Content creation on vertical relevant topics such as short videos, vlogs and instagram
reels.
