• As the brand name suggests Ramada Residences By Wyndham will provide a home from home with the reassurance of the Ramada brand name.
• In addition to guestrooms there will be an Entrance Lobby, Living, Dining and Kitchen areas.
• The guestrooms will take their design cues from the core brand.
• These Design Guidelines should be read as an addendum to the core brand Ramada Design Guidelines and will focus on the living and cooking areas of the
apartments.

2+1+Kitchen (2 Bedroom)
DESIGN ELEMENTS

• In residences with 2 and more bedrooms, open or closed kitchen should be preferred.

• Residences with 2 and more bedrooms should have a separate WC and washbasin, a dressing area for the master bedroom and a dining area in the kitchen.

• The bedrooms will take their design cues from the core brand.

• Residences must have an entrance and a cloakroom closet.

• Balconies and terraces in residences should be evaluated according to the climatic conditions of the region.

DESIGN ELEMENTS

• In residences with 3 and more bedrooms, the general bathroom should be of 4 parts.

• In residences, a sofa should be able to turn into a foldable bed in living spaces.

• Residences with 3 and more bedrooms should have a laundry room.

• RED is a color that represents nobility.

• RED evokes addiction, the instinct to follow, and


feelings of being remembered and possessivng.

• RED emphasises quality, taste, locality and nature in


the kitchen.

• RED is one of the master colors used in the kitchen


design

• THE RED LINE should be the main element of the


kitchen design.

• The comfort of the dining areas in the house should find its place in the design of the dining areas of the
residences.

• The number of seating in the dining areas in residences should be determined according to the number of
users.

• Fabric covering should not be used with the chairs of the dining areas. Artificial leather etc. coating material
should be used.

DESIGN ELEMENTS

• We should present the elegance, comfort and sense of belonging to the living space at home with the
comfort of a hotel.

• Wide-screen TVs and sofas, at least one of which can be a bed, should be planned in the living areas.

• Blackout curtains are mandatory in bedrooms according to brand standards. It is not mandatory for the
curtain to be blackout in the kitchen and living areas. It will be evaluated according to the design.

• the paintings in the living areas should reflect the local historical culture and give information about the city.

This document provides guidance on the design required to integrate new build and conversion properties into the Ramada by Wyndham system.

All works must be completed before the opening of the hotel in the Ramada by Wyndham system, unless agreed otherwise. All projects are to be
completed in compliance with the full Ramada by Wyndham design standards, guidelines and specifications, which are available on the Architecture,
Design and Construction (AD&C) website.
This document must be read in conjunction with all standards and guidelines including, but not limited to:

• Engineering and Fire and Life Safety Standards

• Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Audio Visual (A/V) and Security Guidelines

• Signage Standards

• Bed Standards

This document defines the minimum requirements for this brand and is applicable to all new-build properties. In the interests of good practice this
guideline should also be followed in conversion properties. However, it is recognised that this may not be possible in all cases and any proposed
deviations from these standards and guidelines must be agreed, in writing, with your Wyndham Hotel & Resorts AD&C Manager before contracts are
signed.

It is Owner’s responsibility to comply with the Design and Brand Standards and all applicable laws, codes and regulations in the operation and
maintenance of its property, including those relating to fire protection and safety.
