Position Purpose

The incumbent plays a crucial role in aligning the human resources function with the organization's
strategic goals. This position is responsible for conceptualizing, articulating & human developing
human capital from strategic & operational perspective. The role is also responsible for
implementing HR strategies that support the growth, performance, and culture of the organization.
The primary focus is on attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, fostering a positive work
environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to understand organizational needs and ensure HR
initiatives support the strategic direction.
• Design and implement various organizational development interventions across the
organization to enable business readiness and continuous employee growth and development.
• Future talent
• Build and maintain networks and relationships with Industry Associations / Forums and other
HR Professionals within the industry to promote PI.

Operational
• Supervise the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for
all involved.
• Continuously build and upgrade systems and processes with PI HR.
Financial
• Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. Collaborate with finance teams to
provide accurate forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive compensation strategy aimed at attracting and retaining
employees, rewarding performance, and supporting organizational objectives.
• Periodically review and update the organization's benefits program, ensuring it remains
competitive and cost-effective.
• Coordinate with upper management and department heads to ascertain salary budgets,
structure, and adjustments.
• Ensure the compensation and benefits programs comply with legal requirements.

Customer
• Effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders at various levels and provide pragmatic HR
solutions to business needs.

• Lead and develop a team of HR professionals and prepare them for future challenges.
• Prepare and implement pragmatic ways to build culture based on PI values and spiky
capabilities.

Risk
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop and implement risk management plans to
proactively address potential challenges and ensure project success.
• Implement and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure
compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality policies.
• Establish and maintain an HR compliance framework to ensure the organization meets all legal
requirements.
• Regularly review and update HR policies and practices in line with changes in labour laws
• Ensure HR teams and managers are trained on compliance issues, ensuring everyone
understands their responsibilities.

Profile Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business


Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree
Educational Qualification preferred.
Professional HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-
SCP) are advantageous
15-20 years of progressive HR experience, with at

least 5 years in a leadership role

Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best
