Job Title: Investigator

Department: Loss Prevention & Security


Reports To: CEO

Job Summary:
Join our Loss Prevention team as an Investigator, focusing on theft, fraud, and security breaches
across our telecom, hospitality, real estate, and other sectors. Help safeguard assets, including
MPESA float, laptops, phones, and etc

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate theft and fraud within the company.


• Analyze records and data to identify discrepancies.
• Conduct surveillance and gather evidence.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention, IT, and Security teams.
• Manage asset loss and improve internal controls.
• Educate staff on security practices and policies.

Qualifications:

• Education: A diploma in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field.


• Experience in loss prevention or investigation roles.
• Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of asset management and fraud detection.

Salary:
KSh 30,000 - KSh 35,000/month, based on experience.
