order in 2021 , on a down sweater hoody, and then it looks like you returned that
down sweater hoody, so you should have gotten a different gift card because returns
does not reload gift cards

called last week and that’s the number they sent me

see any credit there

was I received the credit. Never used it then lost the email.

credit for the original warranty return, which was then used to purchase the red
down sweater , and then you returned that red down sweater

I have a note on the order saying that you didnt want to use it because you didnt
live near a UPS store, so the person you talked to said you could return it at
vancouver either by mail or in person, or return it to us directly via CA post
