Trong đoạn tổng quan (overview), ta tóm tắt xu hướng cả bài và
đặc điểm nổi bật của thông tin. Một phần tổng quan đầy đủ bao
gồm 2 yếu tố:
Câu 1 – XU HƯỚNG (TĂNG/GIẢM):
Khi phân tích xu hướng, ta nhìn điểm đầu và điểm cuối:
Nếu: Điểm cuối cao hơn điểm đầu, hạng mục đó có xu hướng
tăng.
Nếu: Điểm cuối nhỏ hơn điểm đầu, hạng mục đó có xu hướng
giảm.
Nếu: Điểm cuối bằng điểm đầu, hạng mục đó có xu hướng biến

Lưu ý: Vì là đoạn tổng quan nên không liệt kê số liệu.
