Statement of the Problem
By answering these questions, the study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding
of the role of gender in the commission and victimization of crime in the Philippines.
Furthermore, it seeks to offer insights and recommendations for policymakers, law
enforcement agencies, and support organizations to develop more inclusive and effective
gender-sensitive strategies.
