MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

Between
ABRA MOUNTAIN DEVELOPMENT EDUCATION CENTER Inc. and Chowking,
Bangued Abra

This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is made and entered into this February 17, 2025, by
and between:

Abra Mountain Devemopment Education Center, a duly recognized educational institution


located at Lamao, Bucloc Abra, represented by Brenda Lee L. Wacnang School principal,
hereinafter referred to as the "School";

AND

Chowking, Bangued Abra, a duly registered company operating at Bangued , Abra,


represented by [Company Representative’s Name and Position], hereinafter referred to as the
"Company".

WHEREAS:

1. The School requires its students to undergo On-the-Job Training (OJT)


as part of their academic curriculum;
2. The Company is willing to accommodate trainees to help them acquire
practical skills and experience related to their field of study;
3. Both parties recognize the importance of providing quality training to
develop students’ competencies and prepare them for future
employment.

NOW, THEREFORE, both parties agree as follows:

1. Objectives

 To provide students with hands-on experience in their field of study;


 To develop workplace skills, professionalism, and technical
competence;
 To strengthen the partnership between the academic and business
sectors.

2. Responsibilities of the School

 Endorse qualified students to the Company for OJT placement;


 Ensure that students comply with the requirements set by the
Company;
 Assign an OJT coordinator to monitor and evaluate students’
performance;
 Provide necessary documents such as insurance coverage for students,
if applicable.

3. Responsibilities of the Company

 Accept trainees and provide them with appropriate tasks and


responsibilities;
 Assign a supervisor to guide and monitor students during their OJT;
 Provide a safe working environment in compliance with labor laws and
regulations;
 Evaluate students’ performance and provide feedback to the School.

4. Responsibilities of the Students

 Follow the rules and regulations of the Company;


 Report to work on time and perform assigned tasks diligently;
 Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality;
 Submit required reports and comply with the training guidelines.

5. Duration of the Training

 The OJT program shall run for 80 Hours, as required by the School;
 Any changes in the duration must be agreed upon by both parties.

6. Termination of Agreement

 The Company reserves the right to terminate a student’s training for


justifiable reasons, subject to prior notice to the School;
 The School may recall a student if their conduct is found unsatisfactory.

7. Effectivity and Amendment

 This agreement takes effect on February 17, 2025 and shall remain
valid until [End Date] unless terminated earlier by mutual agreement;
 Any amendments shall be made in writing and signed by both parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have signed this agreement on the date and place
indicated above.
