› Report at the designated Airport terminal 2 hour's prior departure.

› Airline check-in counter opens 2 hours prior scheduled departure and closes 45 minutes prior to the departure
time.

› Call the Airline directly to cancel your ticket if the departure time of your flight is within the next 6 hours and
inform us via email/phone for refund processing. We will process the refunds as per the cancellation policies from
airlines and Agency applicable charges

› If you fail to cancel the travel booking and do not report for travel on time, the Airline will consider such
passenger as No Show.
