(Notification Nos.75 TO 102/2024, dated 28.04.2024)


FOR THE POSTS OF EXAMINER, READER, SENIOR BAILIFF, JUNIOR
BAILIFF, PROCESS SERVER, PROCESS WRITER, XEROX OPERATOR
The candidates, who secured minimum qualifying marks in the Common Written
Examination (i.e., Part - A and Part – B) conducted on 19.10.2024 for the posts of
EXAMINER, READER, SENIOR BAILIFF, JUNIOR BAILIFF, PROCESS SERVER,
PROCESS WRITER, XEROX OPERATOR, should upload the following document(s)
/ certificate(s), in respect of the claims made in their online application in the recruitment
portal of the Madras High Court, by using their login credentials (i.e. E-mail ID with
Password used while applying Online Application (if Password does not known, please
reset your password link available in the website)), between 03.02.2025 (Monday)
06.00.00 hrs and 06.02.2025 (Thursday) 05.59.59 hrs :-

i. Community Certificate (upto 200 KB in pdf file)


ii. Educational Qualifications Certificate(s) (SSLC, HSC, Diploma/Degree,
Transfer Certificate) (upto 1 MB in pdf file)
iii. Persons with Disability Certificate (upto 200 KB in pdf file)
iv. PSTM Certificate (upto 1 MB in pdf file)
v. Priority Certificate (upto 1 MB in pdf file)
vi. Destitute Widow (upto 200 KB in pdf file)
vii. Ex-servicemen (upto 200 KB in pdf file)
viii. Experience Certificate (only for the post of Xerox Operator) (upto 200 KB in
pdf file)

ix. Others (i.e., NCC / Bonded Labourers / Discharged or temporary Government


Employee)(upto 1 MB in pdf file)

If a candidate fails to upload the required documents within the stipulated time,
he/she shall not be entitled to any further extension of time and his/her claim based on
such documents shall not be entertained as per Note 4 to Sl.No.6 of Notification Nos.75
to 102/2024, dated 28.04.2024.

The above said documents should be uploaded by using the login credentials only
and sending through E-mail / or any other mode of communications will not be
entertained / considered.

The said documents shall be in black and white only and the details in the said
documents should be visible and clear.
