architectural deterioration of bone tissue leading to more porous bone, and consequent
increase in fracture risk.
Pinggang Pinoy – one of the Food-Based Dietary Guidelines (FBDGs) that is
disseminated in the Philippines as a guide on the proper food group proportions.
