especially in the new application to be introduce for.
Experience: Throughout the program, I had the opportunity to explore various features of the 365

Key Learnings:
1. Automation: One of the most significant takeaways was understanding how automation can
streamline repetitive tasks. By utilizing tools like Power Automate, I learned to create
workflows that saved time and reduced errors.
2. Data Analytics: The program emphasized the importance of data-driven decision-making.
Using Power BI, I was able to visualize data trends and generate insightful reports that
informed strategic planning.
3. Collaboration: The integration of collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
fostered better communication and teamwork. These platforms enabled seamless sharing of
information and real-time collaboration, which enhanced project outcomes.
Challenges: Adapting to new technologies always comes with challenges. Initially, there was a
learning curve associated with understanding the full capabilities of the 365 features. However, with
consistent practice and support from the program facilitators, I was able to overcome these hurdles.
Impact: The School Division of Bacolod City Computerization Program has had an efficient and
effective impact on my work as a teacher in the public school. The efficiency progressively developed
from an automation and the insights derived from data analytics have significantly improved my
productivity not just in our teaching methods but also to our skills on the professional growth.
Moreover, the collaborative tools have strengthened team very dynamical and well acknowledge
technical project committee management teams.
Conclusion: on my whole entire generalization, on the 3 days face to face computerization program,
it was a 4.8/5 review from the accommodation services well as the internet connection, which is
sometimes got been out of signals and connection. We highly appreciated a good evaluation on the
facilitators and speakers. We also much appreciation and grateul for the whole teams of School
