Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act (§ 1-200 et seq.), and for the period from January 1,
2023 up to and including the date of processing this request, we are hereby requesting all documents, emails,
texts, and other correspondence, whether in hardcopy or electronic form, or contained on public or personal
devices, related to conversations between you and any of the below-named individuals relating to energy policy,
potential or pending legislation, and anything relating to interactions with the media, including but not limited to
op-eds or other opinion pieces:

We also hereby request copies of any and all documents containing internal directives, policies, and/or
procedures governing PURA’s case decision-making processes.
