straight up, in an unbroken line beside the fate line.
I have only
seen this a few times in all the years I have been reading.
If it does show in this way, in ancient Rome they would
say, “Good fortune will follow you all your life.” It is certainly
an auspicious omen for success. If the line starts from the
hand centre, then judge it from the middle years.
It can begin at times from the outside of the hand on Mars,
and this shows the Martian fight for that feeling of
achievement. I saw this on two Archbishops over the years, so
something in their psyche must have been responsible. Always
use the thumb test first on the life line, each width of the
thumb. Four to the average life line will tell you at a glance
whether success comes in Spring, Summer, Autumn or the
Winter periods, and the type of hand will determine the path,
e.g. the wide, hard hand could be military, farming or sport.
The fingers will give the correct information here, or in a
soft, thin hand, acting, maybe art, acting or fashion. Remember
that when people ask you, the success line does not mean
money. At times it will, and at times it won‟t, but it will tell you
that the person has adapted and succeeded in their individual
environmental milieu.
Cross lines, gaps and islands are negative in meaning and
can show financial loss or loss of prestige and professional
standing. Two Apollo lines show two sources of income. They
may have a regular job and also rent a room, or maybe do
something else in the evenings.
Three lines are meant to show you may at times be down
at heel financially, but there will always be something in the
kitty, no matter how small, because the line is protected by a
line on either side. This was a popular mark among beggars in
the medieval times. A stranger seeing three lines would be
reminded of the Trinity and would usually give a coin; hence
the three lines‟ ancient name of the trinity marks.
