Pre-construction survey for pipe routing and support, supporting in preparation of piping
isometric drawing, Conversant with tie-in methods, experienced in RTRP piping.

Documentation of required data daily & modification of line and As-built drawing submission.
Ensure drawings are in latest revision and edition, approved for fabrication and construction.
Supervise Bolt tensioning and assistance provided during N2 leak testing.
Monitor the productivity as per set norms to meet the target of completion.
Supervising during fabrication & installation of piping including testing to ensure the work is
carried out correctly and in safe manner accordance with the inspection test plan.
Supervising every job assigned to ensure safe, quality and quantity of work.
Liaising with field engineers for site changes, approvals and clearances.
Involved in the daily coordination meeting to boost up activities in the fields.
Review procedures/specification prior to the start of Fabrication, Erection, Installation,
Hydrostatic/Pneumatic Testing and Reviewing of Construction Drawing.
Conduct in process inspection like fit-up check & visual inspection on completed weld.
Line checking prior to hydro testing to verify piping erection as per isometric drawing, flanges
rating, valve direction and orientation, type of valves, pipe supports, hangers and guides are
installed according with the piping drawings.
Review the punch list and close out of punch items after completions & attend meeting with
client, contractors to resolve quality issues.
Review the Material Specifications, project procedures, relevant codes and standards in the
execution of piping production engineering.
Planning, organizing and checking of work progress and schedules to meet the deadlines.
Responsible for preparing piping hydro test packages and personnel involvement in pre-
commissioning activities.
Responsible for the preparation of test package in the field for hydro /pneumatic testing including
test blind installation, test vent/drain installation & valve management.
