SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN RESOLUTION
NO. 011 SERIES OF 2024
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN
CHAIRPERSON HON. RM KEEBIN B. AVENDAÑO AND SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN TREASURER REGE BOY R. JUAN TO ENROLL IN THE LAND
BANK INSTITUTIONAL INTERNET BANKING “weAcess” AND ELECTRONIC
TAX PAYMENT SYSTEM(eTPS)
WHEREAS, on November 03, 2024, the Sangguniang Barangay of Pantoc
Meycauayan City Bulacan has approved resolution No. 11 series of 2024
authorizing SK Chairperson RM KEEBIN B. AVENDAÑO to the following
1. Subscribed to the LandBank of the Philippines internet banking facility known
as “WeAccess”
2. Enroll in the electronic tax payment system (eTPS)
3. Designate authorized signatory to enroll and designate authorized user/s in the
above mentioned system
4. To sign on the memorandum of agreement (MOA) pertaining on atm payroll
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK COUNCILOR HON. REGINA MARIE
P. ADOLFO, duly seconded by HON. RENIEL T. GOMEZ, and agreed upon by
all present:
BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, authorizing SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN CHAIRPERSON RM KEEBIN B. AVENDAÑO and
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER REGE BOY. R JUAN to
1. Execute/sign all documents necessary to subscribe to LBPs weAccess and
eTPS
2. Designate/authorized personnel to act as “maker” or “authorizer” for the
company’s access to LBPs weAccess banking facility and eTPS; and
3. Amend/add/delete enrolled deposit account/s as source and/or designation
account/s access rights to the weAccess modules, authorization rules and/or any
information on the original and succeeding enrollments.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That this is an addendum to the signatories of the
submitted Resolution for account opening. And That the Same is hereby
confirmed and ratified.
RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copies of this resolution to all concerened
for their information and appropriate action.
