A sport is an integral part of our society. Is conducted to instill in every citizen especially the members
Of the youth sector the true spirit of sportsmanship-building teamwork and camaraderie.

In this light, we are pleased to inform you that we will be having our Basketball Tournament as a way to
attain our common goals, in the hope that this will bring out the best of every youth.

The Barangay Council is apparent to the mere fact that this activity won’t come into reality without the
fund that will cover up the expenses incurred before, during and after the activity.

This letter stands to its purpose to solicit funds for the activity. We are humbly appealing for your
financial assistance to make the upcoming activity possible and in one way or another can contribute for
the optimum development of the youths.
