-: View menu:-

Print layout view:-


By use this option view the document as it will appear on the printed page.
Always select print layout view at the time of print purpose to the document. It is
the normal view of ms word program.
Method:-
 Go to “view” menu.
 Then go to “document views” option.
 Then click the option “print layout”.
Full screen reading view:-
By use this option view the document in full screen.
Method:-
 Go to “view” menu.
 The go to “document views” box.
 Then click the option “full screen reading”.
 Now the page will be display full screen.
How to deactivate the full screen?
 Click the option “close” or press “escape” key on the keyboard.
Ruler:-
By use this option show or hide the ruler bar.
Method:-
 Go to “review” menu.
 Then go to “show” box.
 Then click the option “ruler” for show or hide the ruler bar.
Gridlines:-
By use this option show or hide lines in the page.
Method:-
 Go to “view” menu.
 Then go to “show” box.
 Then click the option “gridlines” for show or hide the lines in the page.
Zoom:-
By use this option set the zoom level.
Method:-
 Go to “view” menu.
 Then go to “zoom” box.
 Then click the option “zoom”.
 Now “zoom” dialog box will be display.
 In this box select the particular zoom level of your choice.
 Then click the option “ok”.
Only for ms-word program
 The minimum zoom level is=10%
 The maximum zoom level =500%
 But the normal size is =100%
 Font size- minimum size=1
 Maximum size-1638
100%:-
By use this option zoom the document normal size.
Method:-
 Go to “view” menu.
 Then go to “zoom” box.
 Then click the option “100%”.
 Now the document will be display normal size.
One page:-
By use this option display entire area on the screen.
Method:-
 Go to “view” menu.
 Then go to “zoom” box.
 Then click the option “one page”.
 Now current page’s entire area display on the screen.
Two pages:-
By use this option displays any two page’s entire area on the screen.
Method:-
 Go to “view” menu.
 Then go to “zoom” box.
 Then click the option “two pages”.
 Now display two page’s entire area on the screen.

Page width:-
By use this option width of the page fit the width of the program screen.
Method:-
 Go to “view” menu.
 Then go to “zoom” box.
 Then click the option “page width”.
 Now page width fit on the program screen.
