ACTIVITY DESIGN FOR DepEd FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY AND NATIONAL TEACHERS DAY
CELEBRATION

I. RATIONALE:

Anchored in the School’s ESIP project SAGE (Seeks to Achieve Gender Equality) that
aims to; empower teaching and non-teaching personnel and organization to perform duties
effectively and to build a broader capacity for professional growth, the Teaching and non-
teaching personnel of Cabayawan Elementary School will be joining the SDO celebration on its
17th year Founding Anniversary and National Teachers’ Day Celebration as stipulated in the
Division Memoramdum No.358&379 s. 2024. The celebration will serve as a form of capability
building that will give the teachers and staff of Cabayawan ES a chance to facilitate more their
skills, instincts, abilities and resources with their fellows in the organization. The said
celebration will be happening on October 3-4, 2024 in Cagdianao, Dinagat Islands

II. Objectives:
The objective of this activity are as follows;
a. Enhance teachers and Staff performance in the classroom and respective offices,
b. Strengthen the teachers and staff positive outlook on wholesome relationship
with colleagues,
c. Grow more professionally with their fellows in the organization through
capability building.

III. Time Frame: 2 day


Expected date: October 7, 8, 2024
Venue: Cagdianao, Dinagat islands

V. Methodology:

The said activity will be conducted in 2 days on October 7 and 8, 2024 with the
leadership of the Schools Division Office and activities to wit;

 Laro ng Lahi
 Teachers Got Talent
 Zumba
 Closing Program

defray expenses for 1-Breakfast, 2-Lunch and 3-snacks of 5 pax, that will be attending the
convergence having the breakdown below;
