Dear Parents and Children
We hope you all had a good half term break. Interviews took place for our new school administrator/receptionist and we are pleased to say that an appointment has been made. Mrs. Hoey from St Marys and Mrs. Barton will be in the school office for the next few weeks until Mrs. Chadwick starts so please see them if you have any queries regarding dinner money, uniform etc. Parents are reminded that children should arrive for school in time to line up with their teachers on the playground. The teachers bring the children in to start their learning at 8:45am. It was lovely to welcome Deacon Peter who celebrated an Ash Wednesday service with the children this week. This marks the beginning of the season of Lent. The children will be developing their understanding of the season in their RE lessons. Any parents who have small boxes such as cosmetic boxes, food containers that could be used to create furniture for small model rooms for a D&T project in Year 1 please hand them to Mrs. Kidd. Thank you for your help. Mrs. J Anderson and Mrs. M Sanderson
God be in my head and in my understanding. God be in my eyes and in my looking. God be in my mouth and in my speaking. God be in my heart and in my thinking. God be in my life and in my living. Amen
