towards Zudio In and around Palakkad Taluk
OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY
1) To identify the various Zudio products purchased by the customers.
2) To find out the acceptability of Zudio products.
3) To determine the level of customers satisfaction of the products.
SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
The study on customer satisfaction is of great significance as far as improvement and
growth of an organization is concerned. The evaluation of customer satisfaction will help
in implementing measures with help in increasing productivity of the organization.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
The problem of the study is to measure the customer’s satisfaction towards Zudio
products with special reference to Palakkad Taluk. The study is conducted to know the
customers satisfaction towards Zudio products.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Methodology gives the true path to find solutions to certain problems. It also refers to the
sequence and steps to be adopted by the researcher in studying problem with the
objective in view. The methodology used for this project is the collection of data from the
customers through questionnaire.
RESEARCH DESIGN
A research design is a plan that specifies the source and type of information relevant to
the research problem. It constitutes the blue print for collection measurement for
analysis of data. Research design used for the study is the descriptive type. The study is
mainly based on primary data.
SOURCE OF DATA COLLECTION
This study is mainly based on primary data were collected from the respondents through
questionnaire.. The secondary data has been collected through review of literature which
includes internet, books, and articles.
PERIOD OF STUDY
The study titled “Customer satisfaction towards Zudio products with special reference to
Palakkad Taluk has been conducted for period of 21 working days.
TOOLS FOR DATA COLLECTION
Structured Questionnaire is the main tool for data collection.

Table, Graphs, Percentage and Diagrams are used for data presentation.
SAMPLE SIZE
The sample unit consist of 50 sample respondents. The samples are selected by random
sampling method.
SAMPLE AREA
Customers of Zudio products in Palakkad Taluk.
LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY
There have chance for sampling error.
The study was conducted within a limit period.
Respondents may not give correct answers.
