Job Summary:

The IT Department Manager oversees the strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance
of the organization's IT infrastructure and system development initiatives. This role ensures the
seamless operation of technical systems, fosters innovation, cybersecurity and aligns IT
strategies with organizational goals to drive business efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategize and Plan

- Develops and executes IT strategies that align with organizational objectives.

- Designs scalable IT infrastructure and system architectures to support business


growth.

- Conducts capacity planning to anticipate future IT needs.

2. Infrastructure Management

- Supervises the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of IT infrastructure,


including networks, servers, and hardware.

- Ensures robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data and systems.

- Coordinates disaster recovery plans and ensures high system availability.

- Ensures cyber security of IT Department

3. System Development Leadership

- Oversees the design, development, and implementation of software systems and


applications.
- Monitors project timelines and ensures the delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Collaborates with stakeholders to define system requirements and priorities.

4. Team Leadership

- Leads and mentors managers and teams across the Infrastructure & Desk Support
and System Development sections.

- Fosters a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IT team.

- Conducts performance evaluations and identifies opportunities for professional


development.

5. Budget and Vendor Management

- Prepares and manages the IT department's budget, ensuring cost efficiency.

- Negotiates contracts with vendors and service providers for IT products and services.

- Evaluates and integrates new technologies to enhance organizational capabilities.

6. Compliance and Reporting

- Ensures IT systems comply with industry regulations and organizational policies


especially reporting and collaboration with

global/ Regional IT

- Prepares detailed reports on IT performance, system metrics, and project outcomes


for senior management.

- Identify continuous improvement activities for department processes, policies and


KPIs as approved by Corporate Director

Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by his/her
immediate superior.
