(_______ months) for any ward. I will not request to withdraw/stop for using the bus facilities in the mid-session until &
unless he/she taken the T.C. and thereby leaves the school. The details of my ward are as follows:

COMMON UNDERTAKING
I have noted the following and hereby undertake that:
1. I will abide by the instructions and information given/sent by the school time to time.
2. I shall see off and collect my ward at the allotted bus stop.
3. My ward will reach at the given pick up point 5 minutes before the time given.
4. My ward will maintain the discipline inside the bus. I f the bus damaged by my ward in anyway, I shall bear the
expenses.
5. Students availing the bus facilities from April or from the date of their admission will not be allowed to leave the
bus facility in the middle of the year or at the far end of the year.
6. Pick up points will not be charged without prior permission/ information of the Principal.
