APPLICATION FOR COMPOUNDING THE OFFENCE


SIR,
The Appellant respectfully submits as under:-

1. That the above mentioned appeal is pending before


this Hon’ble Court and is fixed for 12.02.2021.

2. The appellant and respondent has compromised the


matter in question as such the appellant paid full
and final payment to respondent as such the
respondent has nothing due towards appellant as
such both the parties wants to finish the matter
of question. The Hon’ble court is requested to
accept the above said compromise and dispose of
the present appeal with the passing the order of
acquittal.
It is therefore, prayed that the present
application may kindly be allowed and the offence
may kindly be compounded in the interest of
justice.
